FAQ 3
Safety is necessary for everyone. Don't just ask if someone has insurance, ask to see a copy. As professionals, we have full liability insurance. You can view our certificate HERE. We can also provide a copy to your venue if required.
FAQ 4
We dress appropriately for the type of event, unless you specify the desired attire. Our DJs will either be in wedding attire or company button down shirt/tie or polo. The rest of our team will also be dressed company button down shirt/tie or polo. Proper attire reflects a positive image to your guests.

-To insure reliable service and quality presentations, we use ONLY the best professional equipment not used by consumers.

-Our DJs use top grade computerized DJ and Wireless Lighting systems combined with the best Denon, Pioneer, QSC and EV DJ and Sound Equipment.

-Our photographers and videographers use top of the line Nikon Cameras and Lenses, wireless high speed flashes, and only the best labs that pass our quality standards.

-Our photobooths are hybrids of the traditional style booths that give the feel of an authentic boardwalk booth, but provide room for up to 10 guests. We also use DSLR cameras instead of point and shoots or webcams to ensure overall image quality.

You have no need to worry. We don't take any chances. Our DJ systems have an integrated backup to allow minimal down time and we carry extra computers and speakers on site. Our photographers and videographers carry extra cameras and lenses. We believe it's not a matter of if but when.
FAQ 7
Yes. Our contract guarantees you a professional DJ, Photographer or Technician and the package of your choice. In the event of an emergency, we have a network of professionals who can provide the same level of service that we expect of our own.
FAQ 8
Absolutely not! As an all-inclusive company, we believe internal quality control is key. We do not subcontract out any services to other vendors, rent any equipment from other sources, nor do we outsource any post-editing processes. Everything we do is 100% internal and our staff work only for us.
Photography and Video

With most packages we provide you with a custom printed "Proof" DVD with hi-res images. This generally allows you to print sizes from wallets to 8x10's. We are currently considering Digital Downloads and USB Drives.
FAQ 10
The widespread belief is that you get full-rights (copyright) to your images. This is untrue. Per Federal law the artist (DKP-LLP) retains full copyright at all times. We do, however, provide you with a "print release" allowing you to print your images. You receive one release per disc.
FAQ 11
Images are generally online in about 4-6 weeks while the actual DVD could be 8-12 weeks, and the album could be up to 14 weeks. Edited videos, regardless of media type, will generally be 12-14weeks. Actual times may vary due to current schedule.
FAQ 12
Arrival time will be determined by the event type and package booked. For weddings we usually will start about 1.5hrs before you put your dress on. Other events will usually be about 30min before the actual start time unless other arrangements have been made.

FAQ 13
Yes. We customize your event, creating the best entertainment for you and your guests. You provide specific songs you would like to hear through our online planner. There is also a special guest request url and password you can use to have quests pre-request songs that you can then approve or deny. We also accept requests during the event.
FAQ 14
Depending on your event and package type, we arrive 60-90min in advance for both setup and equipment check. Set-up time is included in your package.
FAQ 15
Yes you may provide your own music. However, we prefer any material to be provided via usb or mp3-cd. We also require such material to be provided in advance so we have time to review it for any technical or content issues.
FAQ 16
We agree that appearance is important. Our free-standing setups are unobtrusive and contained with no visible dangling cords or messy tables.
FAQ 17
Absolutely. As a professional DJ company we only use licensed media through Promo Only Pool. All material is edited for content. Our DJs, however, may excercise further discretion and choose not to play a particular track.
